Farrah Spencer of Morris Plains, New Jersey, has been involved in Special Olympics for six years, competing and training in athletics, bowling, gymnastics, soccer and swimming. She will represent Special Olympics USA at the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023 in artistic gymnastics. Farrah competes in all the Special Olympics Unified Sports® offered at her high school and cheers with the Northern Elite Gymnastics Rockstars, a cheer team for athletes of all abilities. In 2022, Farrah won five medals at the Special Olympics USA Games in Orlando, Florida, competing in gymnastics.
Every Saturday, Farrah volunteers with Northern Elite Gymnastics as an instructor for the younger cheer team. Her hobbies include babysitting, shopping and spending time at the beach.
Farrah is excited for her training to pay off as she represents her country at the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023.
