Kathy Marr has been a Special Olympics athlete for nine years and helps keep her teammates’ spirits up at practices two times a week. Special Olympics has helped her improve her self-esteem and she enjoys training with team and working hard. Kathy is proud that she’s been able to overcome depression and has kept her anxiety under control in recent years. She works as a caregiver at Confer Home Health and is most proud of her beautiful children. She enjoys meeting new people and in her free time loves gardening, decorating and helping others. She's excited to meet new teams and represent the USA.
