Elainie Litz joined Special Olympics Pennsylvania five years ago and has excelled in four sports. She practices twice a week with her volleyball team and will be attending her first Special Olympics World Games after winning silver with her softball team at the 2014 Special Olympics USA Games. A junior at Sugar Valley Rural Charter School, Elainie enjoys helping others and says she used to be shy but now is more outgoing. Her father makes her most proud while singer Andy Biersack inspires her to be who she wants to be. In her spare time, Elainie enjoys listening to the radio and taking care of her neighbor’s dog. She's looking forward to meeting other cultures.
