Joyce Topping's involvement and love for Special Olympics is inspired by her brother, Mark, who has been a Special Olympics athlete for more than 20 years. She credits the movement for making her a more patient person and is proud to represent the USA at the upcoming World Games in Abu Dhabi. Having already attended USA Games in Seattle, Joyce has a clear game plan for how to prepare her mind and body for the big trip to the Middle East: eat well, exercise and practice yoga!
