Daniel Cramer began his Special Olympics athletic career when he was just 8 years old. In this time he has competed in bocce, basketball, bowling, golf, athletics, tennis and Unified sports. Special Olympics has given Daniel more confidence, opportunities to succeed in life and make new friends. Daniel haswon over 100 medals with Special Olympics Illinois and plans to add more hardware to his collection with the help of his brother and Unified Bocce partner, Ryan. Daniel and Ryan [the Cramer brothers] will battle it out on the Bocce courts together this March at the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019.
