Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019 will not be Ashley Muth's first rodeo on the international circuit. She has participated in Special Olympics World Games in 2007 and 2011, winning a gold medal in softball at the 2011 Games. Ashley has gone to culinary school and needless to say, loves to cook. Her focus is on healthy eating and maintaining a healthy weight. She currently works at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Antonio, working there since 2010.
