Trenton D’Agostino of Boone, North Carolina, started competing in Special Olympics nearly 10 years ago. In that time, he has competed and volunteered at local, state and national events, including the 2023 Special Olympics North America Tennis and Pickleball Championship. Special Olympics has become his family, providing him with an environment to become a better person and athlete. Representing Special Olympics USA in the Special Olympics World Winter Games Turin 2025, Trenton will compete in snowboarding.
After high school, Trenton worked full-time as an assistant activities coordinator for an assisted living facility. Now, he is employed delivering newspapers and works various contract jobs. In his free time, he plays video games, helps his family and plays pickleball. He trains on snow and on dry land with his coach, preparing to show the world his talents and abilities.
