Susan Foege of Indian Hills, Colorado, has been involved with Special Olympics for more than 20 years and has served as a coach and staff member. Now the senior director of sports and competitions for Special Olympics Colorado, she will represent Special Olympics USA as a snowboarding coach.
Having coached six different Special Olympics sports through the years, Susan has attended three Special Olympics USA Games as support staff or head of delegation. She is grateful to combine her love of sports with her career goals to help provide meaningful opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities.
Susan is looking forward to supporting her snowboarding athletes at the Special Olympics World Winter Games Turin 2025.
