Jeff Bosse of Milford, Maine, started volunteering with Special Olympics 15 years ago, serving as a coach and head of delegation. In the 2018 and 2022 Special Olympics USA Games, he attended as the head athletics coach for Special Olympics Maine. For the 2014 Special Olympics USA Games, Jeff competed as a Unified partner in bocce. A certified coach in a variety of Special Olympics sports, Jeff will represent Special Olympics USA as a coach in short track speed skating. Special Olympics is a significant part of Jeff’s life, providing him the opportunity to watch athletes grow and succeed.
Jeff is employed as a direct support professional with Amicus, which provides support, programs and services to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities. Off the clock, Jeff enjoys riding his motorcycle, singing and DJing Special Olympics dances. He takes great pride in his role coaching Special Olympics USA athletes.
